Registration

Welcome to the online registration for the JLS Science Fair 2010.  Please read ALL the instructions before you begin the registration process:

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

1. Get the Science Fair Handbook from your teacher.  If you don't have it, you can download a copy:

   	Full Handbook (Word document)

   	Forms part of the handbook (Word document)

2. Read the handbook and decide what kind of project you wish to undertake.  Do this in consultation with your science teacher and your parents.
3. Fill out all the relevant forms in the handbook.
4. To complete registration do the following:
   • Register online for the science fair.  (See link at the bottom of the page.)
   • Submit one paper copy of your forms to your classroom teacher. 
   • If your experiment requires a safety or ethics review (see handbook for details), please make sure you fill out forms for the review and submit them to your teacher.
   • If you're interested in the Synopsys fair, it requires a separate application form available from your teacher or Mr. Rice (7th grade science teacher).

HOW TO REGISTER

The registration process works like this:

1. You will be asked to enter some information about yourself, and some summary information about your project. 
2. You can cut and paste information into this form from your project proposal or you can type it into the form.
